Kiyami Travels is committed to providing a transparent and fair refund and cancellation policy for all bookings. By making a booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

Cancellation and Refunds:

● 30+ days before arrival: Full deposit will be refunded.
● 15–29 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour cost is refundable.
● Less than 14 days before arrival: No refunds will be provided.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

● No refunds will be issued for no-shows, missed flights, or any unused services.

Rescheduling:

● In cases of unforeseen events such as weather, safety concerns, or strikes, Kiyami Travels may provide adjustments, rescheduling, or alternative arrangements at its discretion.

Processing:

● Refunds will be processed within 14–21 days of approval.
