Services Provided:

● Kiyami Travels acts as an agent for accommodation, transport services, and other service vendors.
● We are not responsible for any damage, injury, loss, delay, or additional costs incurred due to events beyond our control.

Eligibility:

● Bookings may only be made by individuals 18 years or older.
● Clients must provide accurate personal, travel, and passport information.
● Valid visas and timely payments are required for all bookings.

Client Responsibilities:

● Clients are responsible for all travel documents, visas, and health requirements.
● Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
● Clients must respect local laws, customs, and Sri Lankan heritage and culture.

Conduct and Legal Obligations:

● Clients agree to indemnify Kiyami Travels against any claims arising from misuse of services, provision of inaccurate information, or violation of applicable laws.

Liability Limitations:
● Kiyami Travels strongly recommends obtaining travel insurance for all bookings.
● We do not accept liability for delays, cancellations, or unforeseen events caused by
third parties or circumstances beyond our control.

Dispute Resolution:

● Any disputes arising from our services will be handled in accordance with Sri Lankan law.
